29-gallon Refugium - November 1999 This Red Tang Heaven from IPSF has been doing very well in the refugium with one 55 watt Power Compact light. I have a Sea Swirl outlet that blows the red algae around like tumbleweed. The constant tumbling motion exposes the whole mass to the light and contributes to its quick growth. I regularly feed the Red Tang Heaven to the Yellow Tang in the adjoining 50-gallon tank. It eagerly nibbles the tips of the Gracilaria sp. algae until it's full. | ||||||
